Acto Trade offers Turn-Key services; starting from visiting the factory premises to design layout with the best offer for the latest technology machinery to provide the most satisfying output, all the way to after-sales and maintenance service.

Acto Trade strives to provide the customer with only the best and most cost effective solution.  The design layout is done by our engineers to provide the most cost effective layout, with the least waste.  The selected machinery are of the latest techology which are energy saving, more precise and offer full control, some even with remote control via a mobile app.

Installation oversight is done by our engineers to ensure it is done correctly and according to design.  It is important to follow the design layout careful to minimize capacity loss as well as product output quality.

Once installation is finalized and test runs are done and the customer is satisfied with the output the line is handed over and work is assumed by the customer.  However, before our engineers move out of the location, they train and make the workers aware of the proper use and maintenance needed for all the machines.

Our job does not stop there, however, as we provide after-sales service and maintenance for all our machines.  Careful and regular maintenance extends the lifetime of the machinery as well as ensuring the consistency of output at the highest standard. In addition, we commit to Service Level Agreements SLA`s with all of our customers during guarantee period and visit our customers ( 4-6 visits per year) according to the machine type and technology, for free. Once the SLA`s expire they can also be extended against a minimal fees in order to allow customers to get the maximum benefit all the time.

Acto Trade has a warehouse full of spare parts for all of our machinery, so replacing broken or used pieces is of no worry.  Customers just need to reach out to us, and we'll be happy to serve.
