De-stoner
QSC-type blowing style De-stoner is to separate stones by adjusting
wind pressure, amplitude and other parameters. Larger sized material
stone will sink down and move from the bottom upwards under the stress
of vibration friction; while smaller size material moves to the bottom.
This
machine is equipped with internal fans, and a vibration system both
with their own motors. The vibration system’s motor has a transducer,
which uses different frequencies for different sizes of materials.
Gravity Separator
This Blow Type Specific Gravity Cleaning Machine is to segregate
based on porportion under stress of aerodynamics and vibration
friction. By adjusting wind pressure, amplitude and other parameters,
larger and smaller proportion material will be separated. This machine
removes blighted seed, budding seed, damaged seed (by insect), and other
light impurities from wheat, corn, paddy, sunflower seed, melon seed,
legume, etc.
Paddy Pre-Cleaner

Rice Length Grader Machine
This rice length grader machine also called Cylinder Length Grading Machine. It separate broken rice from fine ones by their length. When the length of broken ones is more than half of the fine rice, it can't be graded by its thickness and width. Therefore, the accuracy is assured. The material come into the roller, the longer granules fall out through the hole and flow to the exit; and the short ones fall into screw propeller and pushed out of the rice length grader machine.
